OmegaSoft PathSearch 'Milestone Two' has finally been completed.
The Fifobot web crawlers yesterday were configured to index and reindex the new search engine indices.
This marks the completion of an eight-month redevelopment of the search engine service.
Although, the current search engine will still be serviced by our Fifobot web crawlers (in addition to servicing Milestone Two), until the 8 February 2006. After this date, the new engine will be rolled out (sometime at night) and Milestone Two will take effect.
Thanks to everyone who has been busy testing it for us. Please don't stop. Just because we have finished the project, doesn't mean we have finished tweaking the finer functions. Milestone Two will be under continuous development, even after 8 Feb.
